Terrible Terrible service

This is the 3rd time that I have had terrible terrible service at Rustenburg Builders Warehouse. There staff are arrogant and do not want to help. I alsoplaced an order online - whilst it showed available stock. I paid for the item. only to find out that when I went there to pick up thath they sold it.
