Terrible service, terrible management

Another terrible experience at this builders Riverhorse valley, terrible customer service, on my last collection i purposefully left 4 pieces if plywood as the other pieces i needed were not in stock, i told them to add this on to the next invoice, which they agreed to and said it had been done.. i went yesterday to collect my goods and they tell me that i have already collected it.... after much deliberation they eventually agreed to let me take it, The other item they said was not in stock as i took too long, asked for the manager and eventually they found it, tried calling today and after 10 minutes on the call still never spike to a manager as giy could not work the phone to transfer and the frustratingly he just cut me off, obviously no call back.
