Terrible service , staff rude and managers no where to be found - Builders Warehouse
I have been renovating my kitchen and have been in and out of builders at least 20 times over the past 3 weeks. Although I porduced a slip they refused to refund an item I bought at another store. There is never anyone to help and when you stand over 45 minutes waiting for cutting they help people behind you in the queue first. The managers aren't around and a simple shop that should take 15 minutes takes hours cos no one will assist I dread going into the strubensvalley store as I know the service is non existent. So different to shopping at Leroy Merlin's where the staff are friendly and eager to assist , I hope they get better stocked so that I never have to go into a builders warehouse ever again
