TERRIBLE SERVICE RIVER HORSE VALLEY - STAY AWAY!!!

INCREDIBLY POOR SERVICE!!! Ordered an African Gate and Fence Diamond Mesh Gate online from the Builders Warehouse River Horse Valley on Sunday the 24th April 2022. Transaction was completed and I received a confirmation email. Delivery was supposed to be Monday 25th April (next day), but on Monday afternoon, after many calls and back in forth with them, I was told that the delivery was delayed and that we would receive the gate on Tuesday the 26th April. I did not receive the gate on Tuesday and then on Wednesday 27th April I went to Builder's Warehouse in River Horse Valley to air my frustration. I was told by a salesperson that they may have sold the gate to walk-in customers. I then spoke to a manager that insisted that they were struggling to find the gate due to the store's revamp. There online store shows two gates in stock. It had shown the same before I purchased so it should be showing only 1, however it still shows 2 on the branches internal system?!?!? Poor service, mismanagement of stock and no sense of organization whatsoever! I was told that I would receive my gate by this Friday but if I don't - I will ask for a refund!
