Terrible service from Builders Warehouse Edenvale

I’m beyond angry, annoyed, frustrated and flabbergasted by the service rather lack thereof from Builders Warehouse Edenvale. I placed an online order for an extractor fan and included delivery and installation which they call a white glove service on the 22nd November 2020, needless to say I ended up driving there and collecting the fan this past Thursday. The manager promised to get the installer to come through the next day to install it which was yesterday and I’m still waiting. No follow up, no feedback, nothing! I’ve been a loyal customer of Builders Warehouse since they opened their doors but this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Why put myself through this if there are numerous competitors
