Terrible service from Builders Warehouse Constantiaberg.

I ordered a washing machine online from Builders Warehouse Constantiaberg, and was promised delivery 3 days later. Long after the promised delivery date, the delivery company (contracted by Builders Warehouse) had phoned me saying Builders Warehouse had sold all stock of the washing machine model I had ordered. At the time of my order, there were 2 machines in stock according to the Builders Warehouse online application. After 5 weeks of waiting, and multiple follow up phone calls, and no results, I received an invoice from the delivery company for the first time with no mention of a delivery date. I decided to go in person and ask for my money back. After I was promised that I would receive email and sms confirmation of the money transfer on the same day, I received no such confirmation. With no follow up phone call from Builders, I phoned them to follow up on the transfer, only to find out they had accredited the money to my builders online profile as a credit, not planning to pay it into my bank account as asked. Then I was again promised that the money would reflect in my bank account after 5 working days. It has been more than 5 working days and the money has still not reflected in my bank account, and no response from Builders Warehouse. This is terrible service and personally I will not order anything online from Builders Warehouse again.
