Terrible service from Builders warehouse

I had ordered stock online - which at the time claimed to be in stock. However only 3 of the 8 items arrived. I contacted customer support, where they claimed that they would contact the store involved, however, nothing has come of this. Communication from builders' customer support would only happen once a week and mostly on Sundays, To date they have not offered me an alternative solution. So I have asked that the addtional funds paid be refunded.
