Terrible service from Builders Warehouse

I was in Builders Rivonia when they were advertising a display model Goldair 600L fridge with a few small dents at less than half the normal selling price. Knowing full well that it had been shop soiled but at that price i just couldn't resist. After having paid an extra R250 delivery fee I was excited to receive the fridge. When the delivery took place my excitement was shortlived when I found the fridge to be too big for the space it was intended for. Upon delivery the installation team took pictures of the fridge to prove that the installation had taken place as otherwise they would not be paid by Builders. I immediately phoned Builders and explained my situation and alerting them to the fact that I hadn't even bothered to switch it on. They explained that I would have to come back to the store and pay a further R250 collection fee and that only after my fridge had been returned to them would I be able to come into the store for a third time to get my refund. I duly did this and arranged for the collection to take place. On the due date of collection the team arrived one and a half hours late at 5:30pm. They proceeded to load the fridge onto their vehicle and mentioned the dents. I rep**** that I was aware of these as the fridge had been bought like that. They left with my fridge. About 20 minutes later the driver called me and said that they had arrived at Builders Rivonia but that Builders refused to accept the fridge as it had dents. I called the Builders customer services centre and explained the problem. Whilst I was busy on the line with customer services, Builders Rivonia closed for the day and told the delivery team to return the fridge to me as they were not going to accept it. At that point there was no call from Builders to myself for an explanation or resolving of the issue. The delivery team phoned me back and said they had been told to either deliver the fridge back to me or leave it outside...I explained that it wasn't my decision to make as they were contracted to Builders and not to me. I then received a call from their boss saying that they were actually not contracted to Builders but to Builder's outsourced delivery company. At this moment as I write this I have no idea where the fridge is and Builders just shut up shop and left for the day. Not a great experience I must say.
