Terrible service from Builders online

I purchased 2 keter storage boxes online at builders warehouse. I chose the store nearest to me which was Builders Umhlanga. They had 2 of the boxes available and I made the purchase. Delivery was set for the 12th October. The boxes didn't arrive on the 12th so I emailed their customer service. The response was that the delivery would be on the 15th October. It so happened that my son would be at Campus on the 15th so I requested delivery to another address in the same area. But they refused to change the deivery address. My emails to customer care went unanswered. When I tracked the boxes, the store was changed to the Durban North branch. The boxes were not delivered so I sent my husband to physically pick up the boxes. Im still waiting for an apology for pathetic service and the refund of my delivery fee.
