Terrible service + *****

I purchased a few items online on black Friday from builders Northriding, they kept me in the dark about my order, I had to keep calling and emailing to find out what was happening, but still they didn't give me a straight answer, I got fed up and asked for a refund, til this day I haven't received my money back, and they just seem to be ignoring me. A whole builders? Wow such a *****. I'm done with them. Be careful.
