Terrible service for wheelchair bound people

Edit: staff listed in the pictures has no care or sympathy at all for people who are wheelchair bound-stand around laughing after having to be called from the back. No care attitude and just poor customer service-manager stated “we are addressing the issue” but all that was being done is having a bit of a skinner
