Terrible Service for floor manger

At the beginning of the cold fronts, we purchased 3 gas heaters from Builders warehouse in Southgate.

These heaters did not work properly, they would sometimes not ignite and when they eventually did, they would switch off by themselves after about 10-15 minutes.

We returned them to the shop and we were told that it was due to the gas having air and we should shake the cylinders the the heaters would be fine. This process was demonstrated for us in store and we did that process with the other 2 gas cylinders. However the problem with the heaters still persisted.

Yesterday we returned these for the second time and we were attended to by a manager named Dumisani. The irritating part was that he kept laughing and making patronizing comments as I explained my frustrations to him. He kept mentioning how I was the only customer who was complaining about that batch of heaters. He tested all the heaters and they ignited (as they occasionally did a home) but when I explained that they would eventually switch off by themselves, he continued to laugh and said there was no such thing.

Eventually my father said we would go home and give them one last try with gas from a different supplier. We did and they did the very same thing of switching themselves off.

Can you imagine my frustration that I have to take another trip to complain about the exact same thing. I'm really not happy with this service nor the treatment we received.
