Terrible service

The worst DIY hardware service by far . You aren’t allowed to call a store directly , you have to wait for 15 mins to talk to an agent who then transfers you to a store that doesn’t answer . Pathetic , no one knows anything about hardware either . And according to builders they cannot keep an item because the covid rules say there are too many people touching the item . An absolute joke . Mica has service and staff who actually understand the industry
