Terrible Service!

Terrible online service. I placed an order on the 26th July. On my invoice it said that I can collect at the Rustenburg store on the 07/08/2020.

I got to the store on the 11th August, and was told they do not know about my order and I should go back home and wait for a phone call. The manager did contact me and said she will get back to me.

To date I haven’t heard anything and no one has contacted me regarding my order. Should I be waiting indefinitely?? If there was a problem with stock, then please don’t make items available to buy!!
