terrible service

on the 27th of September went to buy a Ryobi chain at Builders Glen Eagles, not knowing things they gave me a wrong product . when i returned the product to the store they literally denied their product and told me that they do not sell this Ryobi chain, they never had it in their store despite the proof of the receipt that they gave me. they said they will check cctv footage that indeed we came to the store of which i do not know if they looked into that. i am still waiting for their call.
