Terrible Service - CANCELATION AND REFUND
Do NOT buy from Builders online - I have canceled my order numerous times via email and phone calls to the contact centre and not one person that I speak to (which is the whole of JHB) can just get the cancelation done and refund. I have spent as much airtime as I did on the product I purchased!
Ordered a product and saw that it was incorrect sizing so I canceled BEFORE the product has been dispatched or delivered yet no one can cancel and refund.

I don't need anyone to be sorry, I just need confirmation - Order was processed 4th November, canceled the order on the 7th of November and still today 10th November it has not yet been canceled....
