Terrible service

I have bought a bath last week online and I was told that it would be delivered within 5 days but until today it's not delivered and there is no feedback from them. I am very disappointed by this terrible service, why builders do not take it's customers very serious, I bought that bath because my old bath it's leaking. I tried to call the number provided on my order confirmation it's not going through. They must make sure that they deliver my bath today or tomorrow if it's late. I can't tolerate this careless service. It's very wrong!
