Terrible service.

I placed an order online and before paying I phoned in to make sure that the order would be delivered on the date specified (being yesterday). I was assured that it would. I then paid.

Yesterday no one contacted me. I couldnt get through to anyone and eventually I did through their online chat. They then phoned me back and informed me that my order would not be delivered from that warehouse. He said that I would have to cancel the order and wait 7 business days to be reimbursed and then place another order through a different warehouse. It is a fairly large sum of money, for me at least. Then he contacted me to say that the order could maybe be delivered by another warehouse and that they would contact me first thing in the morning to tell me. I still havent been contacted and I cant get through to anyone, not even through the online chat service.

Terrible service leading to them sitting with my money and me left out of pocket.
