Terrible service at Cedar Square Builders Express

Terrible service! I went in my lunhg time which is an hour to get wood boards. First I asked an employee there where is the section with the wood 2 of them stood next to each other and not even one of them could tell me where is the wood section. I found the aisle that I was look for (by myself) I took two 2 m length wooden boards, I then asked at the counter if the can cut it and they said I should go at the back there is a guy that can cut it so I went there and there was no one. I went back to the desk the person left, I walked around looking for someone else to help and the person that helped me phone someone and said they will page the guy after a while of waiting no one showed up and I had to leave because my lunch time was almost over. I paid and hopefully by the time I get off from work they would have found someone to cut it. Im definitely not going back there they weren't even busy, there is literally no excuse
