Terrible service at Builders Warehouse Kempton Park

Bought a mirror on the 17th and returned it the same day, I was told my refund will reflect within 3 - 7 working days and to date nothing.

When I call I am told that my matter is being attended and they will call me back with an update, that never happens.

I had to drive to the store on Wednesday and was told that they have issued a refund and that it should reflect soon, it is Friday and still nothing.

Today they are not picking up calls which will force me to drive there again only to get nothing.

Their overall service is horrible, I wonder why I though this one thing will be different
