Terrible service at Builders Express Norwood!!!

I had a disgusting experience at the Builders Express in Norwood on 12/02/2023. The gentleman behind the counter in isle 30 was exceptionally rude. I asked him if he could help me find pvc trunking as I could not find it and when he pointed it he said "how can you not see it". I have never been to this branch before and I will never go again.

I guess this kind of service is exactly why Leroy Merlin is doing so well.

If you hate your job then you should go find another!!!!
