Terrible service and none communication from Builder warehouse

I ordered a Gizzu Mini Dual DC UPS (36W) UPS on the 27th of March 2023 from Builders online to date I have not received it. I've been told there is no stick availability each time I call but I have not been offered a refund seeing I have told them it was urgent. I was told my order would be canceled and I can collect the refund from the Craighall Branch but. I would like a refund
