Terrible Service and Installation

Order Number: *** Good day, I ordered a washing machine online which only arrived 3 weeks after I made numberous phone calls to try and track the delivery. In the end i went to builders Helderberg and FORCED the manager to resolve this and deliver my machine which they could not find on the system! Very badly managed. My machine was installed by `GLOVE services online with builders`. Now the machine is completely dead after 3 Months. Who can check this?
