Terrible Service and Bad Attitude

I purchased a chest of drawers from you not realising the drawers / coloured boxes were sold separately. I managed to get some from your Amanzimtoti store on sale for R30. I needed 6 more so I sent my boyfriend to get them, however, there was only 1 left and he was told by the manager that this 1 was not on special (which wasn't an issue) and that even though it was missing the piece to sturdy the bottom, he would not reduce the price at all but would order us 6 new ones which would arrive next week - we were happy to get 6 complete boxes and pay full price. We then got a call on Friday to say now all of a sudden they can't source them anymore. The managers attitude was completely dismissive and unhelpful. We cannot believe that he could be so unreasonable as to force us to pay full price for part of a product. We are bitterly disappointed with how we have been handled by the manager at builders and that we ended up paying FULL price for PART of a product - a box that is missing it's bottom. This kind of service is disgusting especially since we are loyal customers of this branch who make multiple purchases on a weekly basis.
