Terrible service

I ordered roof tiles online and I received a call saying it was out of stock I then asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded which they refunded to the builders online account. I don't want it that way I paid from my bank account via EFT instant... I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT AS I HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO BUY FROM BUILDERS!! Can I have urgent assistance or a response Please!!!
