Terrible Service

Please assist...

I was told that delivery would be on the 3rd...

No delivery was done....

I was contacted by the delivering store on 31st of December and told they only have the display unit available and no other stock available. The guy then informed me that he would contact the supplier and get back to me, at 3pm I called the store I asked to speak to the guy regarding the fridge... People knew who it was but he was on lunch and nobody else could assist, so I asked for him to call me back as soon as he got back.... This never happened..

2nd January never was contacted regarding anything about the stock or delivery...

3rd January.... Still no contact regarding anything and no delivery as stipulated.

4th January.... Called the call centre and was put through to the Hillcrest Branch spoke to the guy at dispatch he advised me that they do not have stock of the item I had already paid for and on the website said there was stock. So I asked the guy when would he be getting stock.... The line cuts off.... I don't even get a call back....

So I still don't know what's going on when the delivery will actually take place.... Nothing....

This absolutely terrible service from a company that has such a major national footprint in South Africa...

This item was bought as a gift for a family member... They were expecting delivery yesterday because that's what the information said.... These people are working and made themselves available for delivery yesterday and nothing happened.... On top of that how embarrassing it is for me to be called up by my family members to ask me what happened to the delivery that was so supposed to have happened.

I don't want to speak to anyone from the Hillcrest branch because they are not very helpful... And a simple question can not answered instead you get a response of 'eish'... Which unfortunately does not answer the question or offer a solution.

I will speak to the manager or any person that can offer me and the family waiting for this so called delivery. I need solutions.... not eish....
