Terrible Service

Buying 3x Boxes of tiles have to wait 45 Min for stock to be dispatched. Another customer went to Khethwe Duma while he is complaining she just says there is nothing she can do and walks away he requested to speak to the branch manager but his line keeps cutting of as he cant take calls he is assisting coin to collect bank. This system is terrible and and it seems its been working like that for years but really builders get another way its 3 boxes tiles and you dont have it in your dispatch area. The management is service is ridiculous as they dont even apologize. We have to drive back to bloemfontein and know we have to wait!!!!!
