TERRIBLE SERVICE

I am busy building a house, I pre paid my building materials in August for the team to start in September. The staff at Builders agreed to my request and they gave me their terms and requested that I give them notice before I need some of my materials, The first mess started when I needed building columns and they sold them to me and promised to deliver the next day, when I called later that day I was told that there is no stock then promised that they would receive stock two days later, on the 3rd day I was told that the delivery company's drivers had knocked off and they don't work on weekends as it was Friday.I came in on Saturday to get a refund for the delivery charge, And I had organized a private transport, to my disappointment when I got there to collect my columns it was the wrong size, this after 5 days of back and forth. I then requested a refund and had to go buy else where.Second issues was when they promised to deliver the roof material after I put in notice, they started to deliver it in bits and pieces for 2 weeks and till now it is incomplete, they had promised to finish delivering last week its Wednesday of this week and the person in-charge is Conrad.
