Terrible Service

On Friday morning the 25th September I went to builders to order a sheet of chipboard and 38 wood beam. Needing the board cut and edged as per the sizes I required, i knew this would not be a 5 minute job so I said i would collect the following morning, along with the beam which also needed to be cut. <br> Arriving the following morning at 9:30am, which was 30 minutes later than the arranged collection time, to find that they had not even begun with my order which was ordered the morning before.<br> questioning what was going on, the gentleman cutting the board was rather rude like i was inconveniencing him.<br> Having arranged this for collection, i was forced to wait and while they rushed around and started the job. I finally only left at 10:25am. getting home and packing out the cut boards to begin working, i find that 2 boards were incorrectly cut. Rushing back again I had to have the boards re-cut to size. In doing this the gentleman who cut the board this time, cut off the edging and did not replace it. I was to upset to even say anything. i had ordered an additional bean, which i stood an hour waiting for them to cut.<br> <br> The service was terrible and disheartening.
