Terrible Service

Good day,

I am totally disgusted in the service at Builders Warehouse in Strubensvalley. There telephone lines are the worst ever and so are the staff who answer them. We received delivery of damaged doors and I have been trying to get hold of someone to sort this matter out. Called the call center twice as well and was assured the store would call me shortly. Guess what???? Still waiting..... this whole experience with your delivery service has been a nightmare...
