Terrible Service

I want to know how a place like Builders Warehouse can sell you an item and then on collection tell you they don't have any!<br> I wasted my mothers day yesterday on firstly driving 60km from Sabie to Nelspruit to go and buy just 4 boxes of tiles. <br> We bought the tiles and when we had to go to the dispatch area to collect we waited for 40min before I first had to make a scene about the tiles. <br> Then only to be told by the only helpful person - the Fidelity Security guard - that they are still looking for the tiles. <br> When they finally told us after an hour that they had no more tiles I was furious!!!!<br> Suddenly there was no manager on duty and no one in the dispatch area would take responsibility.<br> I am so sick and tired of always going through the same **** at Builders Warehouse in Nelspruit!!
