Terrible Service.

absolutely terrible online service. after placing an order and not receiving it I was informed the items are not in stock. I phoned back several times and after nearly a month I was asked if I would like to cancel the order, and R130.00 was deducted from the total order by Builders for their inability to deliver the products ordered. After contacting online again and getting no resolution they put me through to Builders Northgate Island where Shireen, who I was put through to, was not only abrupt but put the phone down. Amazing service!!
