Terrible Service

Terrible Service - placed an order for delivery and installation. Original installation was supposed to be for 28 Jan, that morning it was cancelled without notifying me when they could. I personally followed up to be told they can install on 3 Feb. When I called to confirm this morning (3 Feb) i was told no, they can't, and now it's supposedly only going to happen the 5th of Feb.

All I get is "I'm sorry" but no concrete desire to actually solve the problem and win back my confidence.
