TERRIBLE RUDE CUSTOMER CARE LUNE AGENT LUTHO

Good day

I bought a xpanda trellis gate less than 1 year ago from Builders Manaba in the South Coast of KZN which is rusting.

I called the Builders Warehouse a customer Care line on Sunday 28th April at 2.30pm and spoke to a very unfriendly Consultant who was also very rude. Spoken to LUTHO on customer care line. Who said that that Builders Warehouse don't have a guarantee on rusting and he refused to give me name and his surname and had to beg him for a reference number for the call, which he finally gave as REF. NO. *** and whilst speaking to him, asking to speak to his Supervisor or Manager, he ended the call.
