Terrible Online Order Service Builders Warehouse Tableview!!!

Disgraceful service of an online order #*** at Builders Warehouse Tableview store. I phoned the call centre after 5 days of nor receiving my order, the person phoned the store and the phone was put down in his ear. He phoned again and the person on the line checked and said he is not sure if there is stock. No communication to me about this. This is pathetic service again from a builders warehouse store regarding an online order.
