Terrible Management

This is only pertaining to BWH Erasmus Park. Received the worst service ever at 12:41 at this Builder's warehouse. Now I love your shops usually.. But starting a new DIY project in this area and was really disappointed by the absence of staff, the friendliest (and only) guy was deaf and we could not communicate. The Ryobi staff helped me find what I was looking for amongst the power tools, but there was no pricing. There was no gold spray paint... (it is Christmas after all..) Four departments including nursery with not one staff member around. Only two cashiers on duty. Information desk called manager twice on in-house system. She did not answer her phone either. After 15 min of waiting for a manager, still nobody tried to assist. Found a group of staff in Checkers buying lunch.. Shouldn't lunch be staggered if there is already a shortage of staff? TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. WON'T SUPPORT.
