Terrible Genesis 5-in-1 vacuum

I purchased the Genesis 5-in-1 turbo in November 2023, the item was returned twice and when the clip broke it took almost a month to fix. We did advise the agent that the item suction power is very poor. We even used his demo one for a while and had the same issue. This item only worked for the first few weeks., there after it does not suction and when you put it off the dirt falls out. We do clean the filter and even changed it and I am having the same issue. I need refund, I dont even have time to go back to the store. I have been there so many times I did tell them I need a refund or even a store credit so I can get a better product. I need this resolved asap
