Terrible follow through on online order
I ordered online on recommendation from nearest builders because they did not have stock of what I wanted.
It has been over 1 month after I ordered the product online. I have not received the product nor have I received my refund after calling them over and over again.
I got excuses that they didn't see my online order hence it was forgotten...
