Terrible experience

Was looking for certain tipe of lock. Passed 4 staff members. No one offered help, chewing gum and talking to each other in their language. I asked 3 people before someone helped. I went to wood area. Looking for planks. No one to help. Not any one on floor. All standing around chatting the day away. I asked for help. one guy helped and organized trolley. I had to load the wood myself. Lady at till very very slow. I pulled huge trolley passing about 10 men staring at me. No one offered help. I unloaded planks by myself. Struggling. security guard at gate walk at snails pass to back of bakkie. Taking about a minute to check 3 pieces of wood. Walked back to boom. Turned his back on me starting conversation with other worker. I hooted for attention. He throws his hands in air told me to back of. at last boom my ticket was declined. I press help button twice. No answer. Guy came to my rescue. Phoned twice today to speak to manager of woods area. The guy who answered just said he don't know where manager is sounding very irriated. I didn't even tell him why I called. Laziest and most unhelpful staff I have ever seen. Won't go there ever again.
