Terrible Delivery Service
Terrible Service! Its the 2nd time I'm ordering online in 2 months and the delivery service is terrible. After contacting Builders multiple times, I've been told my order is priority and will be delivered the same day. I stay home from work, Contractor ready and waiting, and...no delivery. Everytime I call I'm told it will be delivered but nothing happens. Will builders refund me for stayimg away from work n recompensating Contractors? Will Builders even deliver my material? Can I get the truth about my order?
Oh and the cusyomer service is terrible. The call keeps getting transferred to someone else. Each person leaves it on hold for a few monutes at a time and I need to explain mh story each time.
What is happening? I get wayyy better service from Chamberlains and Leroy Merlin. I will take my business there even though certain items cost more, I'll get peace of mind and it won't cost extra with personal time, calls and Contractor's hanging around.
