Terrible delivery and support service

I bought 2 wooden boards on the store, and requested delivery for Tuesday, the employee said that ONLY Wednesday they could make deliveries and they could not inform me of the time it would be done.I said that I would be at home for the delivery even tho it was a working day.After waiting a full day for the contents to be delivered with no success, I called the number on the SMS,for the 4th time in the same day, and the worker says he doesn't know if they will deliver today the house is just 2km from the shop
