Terrible customer service - second time around.
I saw advertised at Builders Warehouse plants that I wanted to buy, about four weeks ago. I went into the store in Edenvale and they had no stock, so as these plants were advertised online, I decided to place an order online for them. The online person, responded that there was no stock available anywhere...why advertise then if you cannot fulfil an order???? I have sent several follow up emails, as these plants are still being advertised online, but now I do not receive a reply. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE OR LACK THEREOF.
