Terrible customer service

The fact that unfortunately you can't phone any of the branches direct is a big issue. You are paying for the phone call and the branches never answer their phones so you are kept on hold for ages only to be told the branch isn't answering, the call centre then tell you they will make sure the branch call you back LOL Don't hold your breath it never happens. I am a trade customer and have spent hundreds of thousands of rands with them but this could well be the last time, they never have stock the price changes every time you buy something so you have to watch that every time you re order I could go on but I don't have the time to waste
