Terrible Customer Service

I did not get a refund for the gate and installation yet. I have spoken to 3 agents on the phone to get the refund. I went to a store in Centurion to get the cash but nothing was available, even though they have been telling me it was refunded. I called dispatch in Tableview twice and they said the refund was done. After all of that I received a call from Builders saying that the gate AND the installation refund has been done, and yet I did not receive any emails or notifications. It's been 3 weeks now.

I have dealt with terrible service before, but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. EVER.
