Terrible customer service

I purchased toughened shower glass from the Glass Baron subsidiary. The drilled holed were the incorrect size, rendering the glass unusable. I returned the glass to the Castle Gate store and informed them of the problem. Now I'm being given the run around when it comes to being refunded my money. Apparently the Departmental Manager does not want to authorize the refund. How is this okay????
