Terrible customer service at Builders warehouse Rivonia

Today i was at Builders warehouse Rivonia.

Horrible experience.

There was one lady at the Plumbing section who helped us and had great customer service. However for other items, some of them were just too busy to help us, we had to ask a lot of them to no avail until we found someone, who also seem like he was in a rush for something.

I bought items from the plumbing section and my items included a drip tray for the geyser and 2 pressure valves.

I was referred to the building section to collect these items. As I was there on lady from the security at the check-out section was asking some of the builder's warehouse members to collect the items for me, but I could hear them refusing for some reason.

I stood there for almost 1 hour and 30 mins while I was waiting for the items I purchased to be collected from some back room. Mind at this point of the long wait, my feet were now hurting me because I am pregnant. I am not using Pregnancy as an excuse but i 1 hour 30 mins is a bit too long to wait even when one is not pregnant. Nowhere to sit.

I asked for the manager to try and get this sorted out urgently, he took his time to come and when he finally comes, he asks for who is calling him. This was the building section manager Kgosazana. He came to me and as I was talking to him, he walked away and started talking to the ladies by the security section. So rude and I called him to finish and he came with this nasty face as if he was disgusted with me. He spoke rudely to me and as I try to defend myself he starts shouting at me that I am very rude and all sort and instantly just turned and walked away. Some power shows off I suppose.

This was so horrific. Total lack of respect from the manager himself, non-apologetic for making me wait that long. very Horrific. what happened to respect each other. I paid for the items. why can't they be given to me?
