Terrible customer service and ******* wood quality
Terrible customer service and even worse timber. Wood beams arrived soaked and warped. I also ordered Pine board, which arrived warped. Finally, plywood, terrible quality. Giant gashes and holes in the plywood. I emailed builders weeks ago about these issues, and was just completely ignored.
