Terrible customer service.

I've consistently had terrible experiences in this shop. The staff stand around chatting to each other - even though customers are trying to get their attention. I've used the 'call a staff member' buttons in the various sections of the store repeatedly without any assistants showing up. Been left in sections by staff who promised to be back, only to find them outside on a smoke break later.

This past weekend I've been ignored by staff, despite asking a staff member for help - I eventually left the store and bought the required power tools from a different franchise altogether, I'm not the only customer who had to leave the store due to rude / ******** staff.

I've given up on the Access Park branch, and I am starting to give up on Builders as a whole. Get your act together - it's losing you tons of sales, as you can see from the reviews here, people are leaving your stores and buying from your competitors.
