Terrible Customer Service!

<p>A few weeks ago, I bought a spice rack from Builder's Warehouse. &nbsp;I also bought a cupboard. &nbsp;In the loading bay, the men were having difficulty fitting the cupboard in, so the car was emptied of my shopping. I eventually decided to leave the cupboard behind and was already annoyed because I had asked at the till if the cupboard could fit in an ordinary car and was assured that it would. &nbsp;In the process of loading and unloading the cupboard, my spice rack disappeared. When I phoned 2 days later, Jimmy said he would have a look at the video footage and get back to me. &nbsp;He never did. &nbsp;I then drove to Builder's Warehouse and waited for an entire hour for some help. I eventually left and asked them to phone me. &nbsp;I found the men who worked there very unhelpful and incredibly slow in serving their customers. &nbsp;I got a phonecall a few days later to say "Sorry we couldn't find it so you can't have another spice rack." I think this is unacceptable. They should have delivered my spice rack back to me with an apology! I will never shop there again!</p>
