Terrible customer experience and horrible online platform

I ordered a washing machine in black Friday weekend last year and it only got delivered this year. That's how terrible their online experience is. Subsequently the document said they'll install however the delivery guys said i have to do it myself. That was the 2nd horrible experience. Thirdly, I've had issues where water is running out and the washing machine is not rinsing and spinning the clothing. I called them last week and no one has responded yet promises to receive a call and even an SMS with confirmation that I would be contacted within 24 hours. Builders warehouse, get your **** together pls. You're supposed to be a reputable big corporate in SA and if your customer experience remains well below that of other retailers, you should be surprised if you're losing market share and likely to go under. Your customer is incredibly important and your digital platforms and services need to up their game BIGTIME. I will never recommend your brand to anyone.
